I love this place. These guys are cool. Their bikes are cool. Their shop is cool. And their attitudes are cool. As well as they have all the high end cycling parts, advice, and tools to turn your whip into a tuner.
I've been here twice recently for a couple quick repairs and I am super happy with the service. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable. My new go-to bike shop!
I’ve been going to Tritech for years, hands down the best bike shop in Portland. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. The owner Dylan is a certified Shimano mechanic who has worked for professional racers in Kona and elsewhere. All of his mechanics know their stuff. Whether you race or are just a casual cyclist, these guys have your back and will work hard to exceed your expectations and get your ride back to you as quickly as possible.
Really appreciated the staff and service I received at the TriTech bike shop! The guys were super fun and chill and helped educate me on the basics of training for my first triathlon. They sat with me and explained different bike options, accessories, shipping, etc. I really felt taken care of and would highly recommend this bike shop to anyone in the Portland area!
Dylan and Casey are both top notch; excellent service, support, advice and parts. They do a great job and build custom bikes on any budget. They are also great for the Montavilla community, they preach safety and give bike bells to children who don't have them.
