Joe Bike

I recently purchased a new gravel bike from Joe Bike and the whole experience was the best I’ve had in a bike shop. I don’t know a ton about bikes and they were super patient and informative. A few days after I bought my bike from them, the chain got gunked up from the factory lube on it and they offered to clean it all up right away. I can’t thank the staff enough, Matthew especially for being so helpful and kind. Huge props to this shop, it’ll definitely be my new go-to.

Joe Bike made my wildest dreams come true. I've been dreaming of a steel 1x11 for a while and Joe had the perfect inventory to choose from. Unfortunately I live in Washington State, but I was able to chat with them on the phone to determine the perfect fit. They were closing down for a week due to COVID, starting the day after my order and they made an extra effort to box it up and ship. Much appreciated, I'm one super satisfied customer! Highly recommend this shop!

Some of the kindest, most helpful people I've ever had the chance to work with. Very knowledgeable staff, and if they don't have what you're looking for they don't hesitate to tell you who does. I really appreciate that every time I come here I get A tier customer service, and I usually come away having learned a thing or too as well.
