Stopped by here with a flat that was caused by another bike store using the wrong rim tape. They quickly fixed and repaired my rim and had me rolling in no time. Great customer service! 10 of 10.

This place is amazing! They have treated me so well and provided an outstanding E-bike that will last for many years. They only sell high-quality products, so you can expect to spend a lot, but you will get one of the best products on the market. When I need to take my bike in for service, they are really good about getting it back to me quickly, and they even offer loaner bikes. They take the time to explain things and are just super cool people. Highly recommended!

We are a Bullitt cargo bike family visiting Portland from Toronto and were happy to discover that Splendid Cycles has one for rent. As it turns out, their rental Bullitt is a beauty. It was perfectly set up, with a custom box and two kid harnesses. Our 3 year old loved it and regularly had naps in the bike while we were exploring the city. Everyone at the shop is friendly and super helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough!
