They did a custom build for me. They were amazing to work with. They answered all my emails quickly (often within minutes), they made the process super easy, and they were patient and genuinely nice. It’s easy to find things on their website, and they have a vast inventory of parts, tools, and accessories. I highly recommend this shop. We’re lucky to have them in Portland, but they ship worldwide so everyone wins!!

Ordered my bike online and it was ready within minutes. Also the person who waited on me was super friendly and nice. I was in there once before the pandemic and another person working there was also awesome. I will recommend this place to anyone.

(edited)My first experience with these guys was a good one. My second was very strange. The person on the other end thought I was running some scam. They started looking up information about me and treating me like a criminal. They even looked up my father's facebook and told me that the email I was emailing from was associated with it. It is not and never has been. I really needed the wheels I was ordering as my work bike wheels are trashed. Now they continue to harrass me by editing their response to my review. They have a really nice selection of parts. Especially if you are into high quality fixed gear parts, it's too bad that is backed up by one of the worst attitudes I've come across. This place is a perfect example of the snotty self-righteous bike culture that most of us in the industry have grown to despise. As a working cyclist, a UBI certified mechanic, and just a decent human being I can't recommend this shop.
