This is a wonderful review for a company like this I called to speak with the owner or office manager this morning before I could even explain the nature of my call I was informed by a gentleman that one he does not accept phone calls of my nature and very simply told me to calm down and hung up on me. The gentleman who answered the phone one did not even know the nature of my call nor did he even provide me the opportunity to explain why I was calling. I attempted to say this to him when he very rudely said that I needed to calm down and hung up on me. This is definitely not the type of business anybody should be involved with whoever it was the answer the phone one showed no regard for Humanity how to speak to somebody with respect or understanding to fully be informed before he made a decision on the nature of the phone call and it's so blatantly rude and lack of customer respect and service had the audacity to hang up on a customer. A new customer mind you a new person to the cycling community so there is a business out there that is providing a great Injustice to the cycling community and anybody who visits his shop I can strongly advise never to do business with this company and owner again if this was simply a regular employee who answered their phone by all means that person should never work for them again I would love to get a phone call back or have somebody associated with that business address the major concern I have for the way they operate

A small store, but well stocked with BOTH Men's and Lady's (or Step Thru) Bikes. The larger more expensive store I first went to had 5 Step Thrus put together in spite of the 100+ bikes they had. Yes, they had some women sales staff, but not really ready to sell to a petite woman.nBill was friendly and helpful. He adjusted the bike several times, before I put money down, and showed me other accessories without being pushy. He was chatty and cheerful, the lovely lady at the first bike store had a deer in the headlights look when I first approached. I was not confident in her ability to fine my bike. Second try- Bill had it.nWhat I wanted was to handle two or three bikes and come home with one, but the first shop could not do that. I tried waiting a day for them to put one together for me, but Hollywood Cycling had what I wanted.
