Have had nothing but a superior customer experience at River City! My fiance and I each bought two bikes here in the last 6 months (one gravel, one road) and the attention, knowledge, and friendliness of the staff is unparalleled. We find ourselves stopping in multiple times a week for bike supplies and I have to say I am very impressed with the way this shop is run, even during COVID. Support local businesses!!!
All the sales staff are helpful, very knowledgeable and supportive. I didn't really know exactly the type of bike I needed going in and Jay helped me immensely in deciding. He's tall like me and so knew the pains of trying to find a bike that fit. Wonderful customer service from everyone even if I didn't buy anything, I have just come by and thrown out some ideas about changes to my bike and everyone was willing to help and listen and give advice. Always come back and support River City!
My road bike was in need of maintenance so I brought it to River City for an evaluation. I’m comfortable servicing my bike on my own but wanted to get some confirmation of what the issue was first. The staff at the service department was super helpful, finished the evaluation ahead of schedule, and didn’t pressure me with any unnecessary repairs. They were supportive of me choosing to perform the service on my own and helped me find all the necessary parts, which I was able to purchase there. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
I am a novice when it comes to buying a bike and what technology is available, and not only was I able to get quick guidance through email, but Esteban also helped me over the phone and with my test ride to buy my beautiful new bike and helmet. He answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of before I left, he even gave me some information about protection/insurance. Thank you so much!
