Cycle Portland - Bike Tours, Rentals, Repairs

I was in Portland visiting my daughter and her family. We decided a nice bike ride would be a good way to spend the afternoon. It is during trying times that I visited Cycle Portland. I am from a small town in Colorado and not accustomed to “big city” pandemic situations. When entering I was a bit skirmish.nnHowever, the shop owners treated me with kindness and seemed genuinely happy to have my business.nnI have rented bikes in many places, including Canada.nnCycle Portland had the most reasonable rates I’ve encountered. I honestly expected a poorly maintained bike. However the bike rode as good as my personal bikes (of which I have many).nnI would highly recommend Cycle Portland and I would gladly rent from them again.

This was such an amazing tour. I was visiting from Denver and wanted to know a little about the culture of Portland and what better way then Cycle Portland Tour! James was great! So friendly and knowledgeable of the city’s history. I felt so welcomed. I wished I could do this back home. I highly recommend this for anyone!!!

James was amazing! Very informative and made sure I knew what I needed to get my ride started. The prices are remarkable, and the customer service was worth every penny even when my fat butt couldn’t do the riding all day I never got any judgement from James. I even got to meet his dog! This was a great first stop in Portland.

If want to take in Portland by bike, this is your place. The customer service is superb. The vibe is awesome. They will meet your biking needs. If you want to roll solo, they will set you up. If you want an organized bike tour, they specialize in that, too. Carl and Renee know the city inside and out and they know bikes. Combine that and you have found their passion. Their vibe is contagious, in a good way, and we all need more good in this world. Go see them!

This place is awesome. James and Kurt were super friendly and accommodating. Kurt was our tour guide for the 'Essential Portland' tour and was very knowledgable about so many different aspects of the city. The route itself was great and the bikes were super smooth and fun to ride. Shifting was a breeze.nnAfterwards we had a fun conversation with both James and Kurt. We will definitely be coming back and also recommend this to anyone in or visiting Portland!!!
