Rack Attack Portland-East

We went looking for a cargo rack for our Subaru. We are novice and knew nothing. The staff was top notch! There was zero pressure and we knew they just wanted to give us the best product for us. We were literally in and out in less than 30 minutes and they even put the product on our car for us!

The store was clean and fast working and really did amazing with help and getting me taken care of fast and was very respectful and kind all the way around. If your looking for an amazing place to get a rack and get taken care of this is the place to go 100% of the way from start to finish they will take Care of you. I’d go back any time for anything to do with any of my cars for there racks and to be taken care of the proper and correct way.

Customer service was great! Popped in with a question I had about some parts.They found the parts I needed, and made my day easier! I was able to install the rack I needed parts for that night. Thanks guys!

Update:nnThe manager, Taylor, made an appointment with me to review and verify the installation.nnHe put our car up on ramps, reviewed the connection points where the hitch meets the subframe, and reviewed the capacity and limitations of the receiver in detail.nnHe also supplied me with a support strap and refunded the cost of the frame adapter.nnOverall, he took the time needed to make me feel comfortable with the installation hence the change in my review.n............................................................nnOriginal review:nnPurchased a hitch and hitch mounted Thule 4 bike rack.nnWhat no one told me is that the class 1 hitch isn't necessarily rated for the torsion imparted by mounting 4 bikes. This would have been nice to know at the outset.nnFurther, no one explained that the hitch required a support strap to use the racknnTheir manager did respond to my purchase survey.
