I've come in a few times for tuneups and general questions over the last few years and all of the staff are super friendly and helpful and full of knowledge. They have incredible attention to detail and are great about communicating repair options and recommendations! Couldn't be happier with their service.

Repost of my FB review: Car backed into my custom steel frame Colnago a few weeks ago while it was locked up in front of 5th Quadrant, bending the frame (front and back), the rear dropouts and the tear derailleur. It was a mess. I walked it over the AFB because I had heard good things word of mouth from my bike-builder friend, and it was nearby. They took my baby in and made her right as rain in PDX, better than before the driver of the Mercedes SUV with the broken back-up camera decided to Zen it instead of using that big makeup mirror in the middle. Mad respect for William, who received my bike and handed it back to me primo condition. I’d show before and after pix but it would not do justice to the expert blend of art and science and love used to not only undo the damage but also succeed in making her even better than before. I was so happy that my wife now wants to drop me off for fixing. :-p In closing, remember this: YNWA! (If you root for Liverpool, or ride a bike).
