I need a simple repair done. Brett explained everything and was extremely timely in his responsiveness. Their pricing was fair for the job and I can rest assured knowing they will do it right. Thanks Brett and the M & M team for being so professional and helpful to even those with small repairs in a busy season!!! Not all companies work this way. I’ve been a happy customer before with a beautiful new roof on my old house, and I’m even happier now knowing I can go to you with small things and be treated just as well!

Needed a small repair done to the back of my roof. They were responsive in showing up to look at it and give me an estimate. I did wait, but due to COVID and how busy things have been with the windy weather lately I understand why a small repair would have taken a while to get to. The work was completed neatly and they cleaned up after themselves. Only thing is that the color was off about two shades. Also not that big of an issue because it is just a small area on the back of my house and I understand that sometimes shingle colors are no longer in production. Overall I would use them again for sure.

I was very impressed by the professional service of Steve Madison (Project Manager) and his assistant when they installed my basement windows. They were punctual, friendly, and hardworking. Although my original windows presented a difficult challenge to remove, they creatively dealt with them and cleaned up so well that I couldn't see one speck of debris when they were finished. They installed the new windows in a timely manner, and their workmanship was masterfully crafted. I also appreciated that they were careful working around my landscaping. I would definitely recommend M & M Home Remodeling Services and be assured that you will get your money's worth from start to finish!

They did a fantastic job! We had them replace siding on our home. Every step from estimate to installation to follow up was well done and professional. The installers did a great job, did not leave one nail behind! Our siding looks beautiful! We will definitely call M&M for our next project.

I would definitely recommend these guys. Nathan was very knowledgeable and put our minds at ease after inspecting the roof of a home we are purchasing. He was able to identify the exact model of the shingle and told us how they are made, why it's a good product, and that we should have no issues for some time. It was a big relief. He also noticed a couple nails in the roof and put some patching material on them for free. I will be sure to call them again when it's time to replace the roof in the future.
