Quality Inn Near Interstate I94

2 queen size beds. Abundant pillows, nice and fluffy. Room and bathroom very nice microwave and refrigerator clean close to lake Michigan. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is all microwavable in your room. My suggestion, McDonald's right down the street. If that's what you like. The wife wife and went to the copper grill down the road

The hotel is located right near the interstate. They have a private parking lot with ample amount of spots. We booked for 2 nights for a good price and we did feel safe in regards to COVID. I recommend to stay here if you have a short trip. They have a pool and jacuzzi which they limit to only 6 people at a time. They have a fitness center which is max 2 people. They also offer grab/go breakfast options. There is only 1 elevator, so the wait time at times were long, but it is only a 3 floor hotel. There is also only one entrance right now that is automatic doors, which is understandable due to the pandemic. They also have a “clean remote”. The remote has a solid skin with flat buttons for the basic TV remote functions. It lacks a guide button and a few others that would speed up navigating through the high number off unfamiliar cable channels. It is nice because it says on there how the hotels can easily disinfect it. The hotel is outdated. It does need some updates in regards to paint, new art, fixtures, and some maintenance work.nnOnce we walked in, we we're greeted right away. Waking in and throughout the lobby they have signs that a mask is required and to promote social distancing. They even have designated pen containers. As a property manager, I wouldn't recommend taped signs, but I appreciate them having it.nnThe room and bathroom was clean. The bathroom even smelled like cleaning products. The beds were comfortable for the price, and it was a nice size room. The pillows were soft and fluffy. I like the window in the room. Our room faced the trees which was beautiful to see. They have a full mirror closet door. Overall, nice experience.nnStaff was friendly!

Great quality but way too pricey. Stay in northwestern Indiana instead for much less money. The only reason this is a 4 star review is that the rest of the New Buffalo hotels near the interstate are even pricier

Rooms were dirty and smelled horrible. Carpets looked like they haven't been clean. There were hand prints on the wall above toilet.Tv shut off in the middle of the night and would not come back on. We got woke up at 8am from hotel phone by someone that was directed to the wrong rm. Tub would not drain. The only thing good about the place was it's location. Would not stay here again.

The room (and hotel in general) were really dirty. There were hairs all over the bathroom, makeup stains in the sink, paper shredding on the ground throughout the hotel and dirty, used Kleenex on the floor of the elevator that made the trip up and down with us our whole stay. We stayed here during coronavirus too when the hotel was talking a lot about cleaning and safety. Nice staff. Hard pass next time.
