My mom & I just got back from seeing my Aunt & Uncle in New Buffalo. I always shop for great hotels in the area before going anywhere. I always look for 4 or 5 star hotels; or 2 or 3 with hotels.com. I read the reviews of this hotel; and was really thankful that most of them were all good. After staying here, we will definitely be back. This hotel is down the street from downtown New Buffalo. The hotel room was extremely clean. We loved the beds, pillows, furniture and bathroom. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Although the pool was closed; and there was limited breakfast thanks to our wonderful world situation, this facility was still a great place to stay. The hotels especially in Michigan; but all across the world have to be smart with obeying by the law & rules so their business can remain open. You could really tell that this hotel was very well maintained; and clean. Thank you for being a smoke free facility. We will definitely be back in the future. Jen M.
Very clean! Breakfast experience not the same as what you usually get with a full buffet before Covid19 but still very convenient and definitely a great value. Rooms look and smell clean, adding stickers or post it notes on areas that are touched frequently, indicating that were sanitized, would be very helpful and for some people a great deal of peace of mind.
The General Manager was very nice and the guy working front desk. He was very helpful and patient.
Stayed here overnight to go to the beach. The were very upfront about the changes due to COVID-19 which was helpful. Hotel staff was very nice and brought up the crib we requested right away. The only complaint was the the TV's are very outdated and barely worked. Would turn off randomly and hard to change the channels. Everything else was fine.
Did not get to speak directly to hotel to make reservations was turn over to some foreign country w/ terrible reception, then asked if hotel pool was opened they said yes, but false information. Clean room
