Great staff, great place, clean rooms, comfy beds and great location!
Simple rooms, clean and inviting !!nI saw a review from Riley English bashing your establishment and I apologize for her. I know she has never stayed at your Family Motel. I find her lashing out because she dated my son when we rented a cabin from you. (By the way, LOVE THE CABINS!) So many people enjoy staying at your Family owned establishment.....!!!
I have been staying at The Grand Beach Motel for many years because we had a summer home in Grand Beach Michigan and I love the area. The Grand Beach Motel is family owned and has a great swimming pool onsite. Its is in a desirable location for going to the beach and restaurants in the area.nAnd there are log cabins you may also rent which are beautiful and you can BBQ. If you want a nice quiet vacation - go to The Grand Beach Motel.
There is nothing wrong with this little motel; the people were very nice and the room was adequate. If you want luxury, this is not the right place. The rooms are clean, but very small. Very hard to use a blow dryer or curling iron in the bathroom, because there's no counter to put it on, and no outlets to use anywhere else. I slept really good, though. It is basically as advertised--clean & comfy, no frills, a place to sleep. If I had one complaint, it would be that the room seemed musty, like it didn't get used a lot and was very stuffy. The faint musty smell was noticeable. Needs some ventilation.
