Needs some painting and a little extra cleaning of tables and chairs in the room. It was really quiet and the room was nice besides the 1 chair and 1 side table needed to be wiped down. I'd give them a second chance.
I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. We stayed two years ago and it was fine. This time, I paid for two rooms. Both rooms had blood stains on the blankets. Burn holes in all blankets. One lock didn't works. In one room, no microwave or fridge. The front desk lady wasn't helpful. We gave one room key back because it too unsafe and dirty to stay in. I wasn't offered a different room so we had 5 adults and three kids in one room. Trying to get a refund on one room, is so difficult due to incompetent staff. There's trashy drug addicts walking around and going in and out of random room..please don't stay here if you have kids.
Great price and its actually nice. Especially compared to the other motel I originally booked. It was only a few dollars more but wow, what an upgrade. They are pet friendly AND the best part is no fee for one pet! Front desk people were very friendly. Room was better than expected for the price. So glad I left that other motel!! Should have booked this one first!
I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was and it was very clean, I would have given a 5 star but there wasn't any toilet paper but beyond that it was a great stay!!!
Wish 0 stars was an option. I usually stay at Red Roofs when I travel with my dog and they’ve always been great, so I decided to stay here instead of at the Baymont. Mistake. Active drug deals happening in the parking lot, walk into our nonsmoking room that smells heavily of smoke with smoke stains on the lampshades, there are bloodstains on the blanket, hair in the sheets, bugs in the bathroom and we felt the need to sanitize everything. I’m a very low maintenance traveler, but this was especially terrible and has ruined my trust in the Red Roof chain. We started calling other hotels asking if they were pet friendly and told one that we were in a terrible hotel and needed out and they said “you must be at the Red Roof” so everyone else in this city knows how bad this place is, why don’t the police?
