I’ve been staying at this hotel for the past 5 weeks and they’re refusing to reimburse me for my taxes on the room which is against the law and in violation of Indian code 6-9-45.6-4. Although The daily workers are very nice and respectful. The management is poor.
New to Michigan City so I was unaware this hotel was next to a gas station. It is a smaller hotel which is fine. The lobby was very clean and the guy at the front desk was nice. The room itself was slot cleaner then bigger name hotels! Room was actually spotless but it smelt like feet....strong feet! Upon me calling the front desk the rep came to my room right away. Very down to earth caring guy! All in all I would recommend this hotel to a friend/family
Great service! Had a problem with our tv remote and the gentleman at the front desk came right away to replace it. Very clean, spacious and quiet rooms. Will definitely go back.
Gary at night was very helpful. The staff all wore masks and the hotel was very clean. Very good value. We were skeptical at first when we saw people hanging out in the parking lot.
Bed bugs Simply don’t book - lot to say - noisy,rooms are smelly drugged people around hotel in the night.This hotel is price & Star overrated you will not have what you expected.nSpent two weekend nights with friends both family noticed bugs next day in two different room.Maybe the “Hotel” was renovated but that does not correspond to reality.
