The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The maintenance man who came to get out TV working never said a word to us while he was in our room. The housekeeping staff was never present when we were out of our room. Our room was supposed to be wheelchair accessible, but when I got there I had to move furniture around to get into the room. The hallways looked as if they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, they were filthy. The grounds outdoors looked as if they hadn't seen a mower all summer. Side yard overcome with weeds. You have to go to the hotel next door to use the pool and hot tub.

I would have given this a zero star but that wasn't an option. It took us 4hrs to finally get a room that the tv work and didn't smell like pot. We were moved 3 times in that 4hr span. We were told they would give us a credit and to check the copy in the morning. When we went to check out he read the comment card in front of us and then he refused to give us our copy of payment. The overnight attendant was also smoking in the lobby.nnAbsolutely would not recommend staying here and we won't be back.

The room was clean and well kept everything was good they had the pool open but you had to walk to the neighboring property to get to it. My biggest complaint is that the entire 2 night stay my family and I where constantly smelling marijuana and where not pleased because nothing seemed to get done about it. We even mentioned it to management on the way out and they didn't seem to care or have anything to say about it

This place is a joke. My wife and kids stayed and found mold and bugs in the room. Upon telling the clerk they were supposed to refund half the price of the room. Instead of refunding it they charged half the price of the room again. When telling them the next morning they apologized and promised to fix the situation. They instead charged the full amount of the room once again amounting to almost $600 in charges forcing us to cut our vacation short due to tying up all of our money this is now day 5 and still have not seen any refund for ANY amount. Yes this place charged me $600. I disputed through my bank but will take over a week to get anything back. I have contacted a lawyer and will never stay at a comfort inn again.
