It ok.. not that clean.. tons of hair in my towels.. like alot! I will say the beds are comfy.. and the shower has nice pressure. It has alot of new updates. Just need to be cleaned a littlw better.
People above us sounded as if they were bowling till 3am, doors slamming fans don't work in the room .if you are looking for a good stay this is definitely not the place
It was poor due to we were quoted $150 for booking our room and when received our statement from our credit card we were charged $420. We would not have stayed there for this price. Very upset over this and will NOT return for a stay at this facility or any of their other facilities.
If I could do zero stars I would. This was the loudest worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Pool was freezing, hot tub was room temp at best. You could hear every door near your room open and close and hear people talking through the walls. It wasn't a clean facility. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pull out bed was very loud. All together I would never stay here again. Absolutely the worst. Save your money.
We arrived early yesterday and forgot about the time change. The nice lady at the front desk checked to see if our room was ready and let us check in early. We arrived in our room to find it nice and clean. My kids were excited to go swimming! We were extremely disappointed with the pool. It looks like the pool area could use some major TLC. The spa was not hot and we did talk to the front desk and they were going to check. Not sure they did but it never got real hot. The pool needs some new paint on the floor.nThe breakfast was great! Lots of yummy choices! My kids wish they could have this every morning! The workers were very friendly and helpful. Not sure we'd stay again though because of the pool since that was what we were excited to do at the hotel.
