I get rooms for my co workers here for training often and I always receive great service. Shawnique (I'm sorry If I misspelled) is an absolute pleasure to work with. She has a wonderful attitude and I enjoy speaking with her on the phone! Great customer service!!
Very clean place. Staff is really nice. I would give them 10 out of 10 for sure. Recommendations for pizza and ice cream were spot on. Pool and hot tub felt and smelt clean. Room also had a clean smell to it. We'll definitely be back
Lori and her staff made my our Anniversary trip absolutely special and amazing. Everyone at the hotel was so accommodating and friendly, we will definitely be back. I can't say enough about the level of great customer service we received. Thank you for the wonderfu l experience.
We ended up staying here unexpectedly after encountering car trouble while driving out west for my father's funeral, and I am so glad we ended up here. They recommended a local mechanic shop (Apex Auto) that went above and beyond to get us back on the road again, and were so kind and understanding about everything, and made it very easy for us to stay in the same room another night. They are taking COVID-19 precautions seriously - there are signs everywhere reminding people to wear masks, staff wear masks, there are plexiglass shields at the front desk, and no-contact housekeeping.nWe felt safe here. The room was lovely - spotlessly clean, very comfy beds, good-sized bathroom with up-to-date fixtures and sufficient towel bars and hooks and a very nice shower. The breakfast spread was great too! I'm so glad we ended up here - it made a bad situation so much better, and I'm so grateful to the staff for helping us through it.
This place is awesome. Liz and shawnique went above and beyond helping us out. Our power was knocked out at home for 5 days and they were very caring about our situation back in oak lawn. We would recommend this place to EVERYONE that we know. Thanks again guys we REALLY appreciate it
