Beautiful spacious rooms... Great staff so friendly and convenient. Kayla deserves a raise.!! She is so friendly and professional. This is one of my favorite hotels and the environment is amazing. Close to pine lake if you love fishing boating or swimming and close to the downtown, so many things to do. They always meet every accommodation I recommended. I completly recommend this place for family getaways children and much more. Also try T-Bones across the lake. In my opinion best food in town if you like seafood and being on the lake.

The room was very trendy and had more usable space for my overnight stay. I really like that arrangement.nThe are rare in that they are doing a hot breakfast they will serve to the counter where you wait. Wow!nTheir convenience section was out of stock of several non food items.

Drove to be closer to Michigan City Beach, but went to the Dunes instead and had a great time. Excellent hotel and they were very great about Covid 19 guidelines.

It was a good stay, only had one issue. Called in around 10:30 to ask what checkout time was. It was 11am. (something I was not told** but, it's alright) So me and my girlfriend, who I was having stay as a guest, start to pack up and we discovered that we'd have to make two trips. Again, no big deal, we still had around 10 minutes to 11, so I had thought that I'd be safe to run down to my car and come back up. Well, I get back from my car (it's about 10:55am at this point) to find that housekeeping was already in my room (we were gone for roughly 2 minutes) starting to clean. Luckily we only had two things left, but we definitely had time left to get our things. Only tip of advice to the hotel: Housekeeping should not be in customers still checked-in rooms until 11! Regardless if they don't answer or not! (we did have the tag on the door with the intention of taking it off when we leave..)nn**Edit: I was notified with my booking that the check-out time was 11am, so that was on me, but I feel like I should have been told at check-in also.
