Our family was in town for a funeral and stayed here for the weekend. The staff was exceptionally caring and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, to include providing us a common area to gather so we could be together. Upon check-in we received a sympathy card from the management, such a kind gesture and showed true class. The rooms were comfortable and very clean.nThe gentleman who was the night clerk on 10/2 and 10/3 was top notch! I can’t even begin to describe how amazing he is. Everyone in our party agreed. I also was able to witness 3 other guests complimenting him saying he was the reason their stay was so exceptional.nI highly recommend this hotel, and will always stay here when we are in town.
I would highly recommend this hotel very nice rooms and most of all the staff was excellent very helpful and very friendly!!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for a wonderful birthday weekend!!!
My wife and I returned from PA to WI. We stopped here for the night and were amazed at how friendly the staff was, along with the cleanliness. Only thing wrong is my wife has fallen in love with the RAIO brand you offer, and can't find it anywhere. Thank you, and your staff for such a great stay.ud83dudc4d if we're are in the area again, we will be back again.
