We've used Bonn Roof Care in Salem for a few years. They always do good work at a fair price. Besides the actual roof work, the cleanup after the job is finished is done well. We appreciate their work ethic.

The company was very responsive to my needing to schedule a few weeks out from the day of the estimate. They did not pressure to do the job immediately. They arrived promptly; explained what they would be doing; informed us when they were finished. They sent an employee to do a physical review of the job and make sure we were satisfied. The office personnel were always extremely polite and answered any and all questions. We had the company work on our roof a few years ago and were thrilled to find that they have kept up the high level of professionalism and customer service. Outstanding company!

I have a very steep flat tile roof and so it is hard to even get a roofing company to work on it. The crew arrived on time and laid out tarps to protect specific areas. They not only blew the roof clean by then scrubbed the dirt and moss with wire brushes. They also replaced all broken tiles. The roof looked fantastic and they bagged , cleaned up and removed all the debris of which where was a lot as we love in a wooded area, Attentive, friendly and responsible crew. The roof looked spectacular when they were done.

Hired Bonn for cleaning the roof at my elderly parent's house. They were recommended by neighbors on Nextdoor website. Had another bid from a very popular local roofing company but Bonn came out to my parents home, took time to talk with them, kept to the agreed timeline, etc and I would say overall, very good customer service. I have dealt with many contractors, etc over time and was pleased with their service.
