Found this gem of a bike shop by accident. Wayne is a very friendly and knowledgeable person. I look forward to visiting in the future and highly encourage all to do so.
Wayne definitely knows how to provide top notch service. Went in there with a triathlon race rim/tire issue. Wayne thoroughly inspected the parts and got me back up and running quickly. We had a good conversation about bikes and his knowledge really shined through. I will be revisiting Bontrager Cycle Works for future needs.

We stumbled upon this business while driving down the road heading to another bicycle shop. I’m so glad we did. The reasonable and honest repair and sales was so refreshing, especially nowadays. Wayne and his staff go out of there way to make your buying experience a pleasant one. They sell new, used and do custom bikes too. We are from out of town, but if we are in need of bicycle services while in Shipshewana Indiana we won’t go anywhere else. Bontrager Cycleworks will be our choice!
I wanted a good quality road bike and a definitely found it here. Wayne was very helpful and knew what I was looking for. Very happy with it and also his service. I bought the road bike in November and today we got our khs tandem. The tandem was outfitted with the accessories we wanted while we waited and we rode it home . Super ride. Would highly recommend BONTRAGER CYCLE WORKS
