Other than the fact that this location is only serving cold-bar items for breakfast, we had a pretty enjoyable time while we stayed waiting for the closing on the house we bought. Shower curtain rod didn't seem to stay up in our room because it was just a tension rod, so we were woken up a couple times in the middle of the night as it fell. Rooms on first floor are a bit smaller than the rooms on the upper floors. We did have an issue with room keys because apparently they did an upgrade (per employee) though the hotel is new so that didn't make much sense.
Very clean room , nice people. Good shower, just no hot cinnamon rolls , I totally understand with covid , grab and go breakfast!!
Was nearly brand new when I stayed but will probably stay at a Holiday inn Express now instead of a Hampton.nNice big room with all the amenities.nVery comfortable bed and nice shower. They had a nice lobby with to go bags for breakfast.
So disgusted. Arrived and bathtub and shower were extremely dirty. Called front desk to have it cleaned.Lady who cleaned was very nice and agreed it was gross.
The pool is always very cold but besides that, the hotel is very nice!
