Can highly recommend this company for roofing. Their customer service was excellent as they went above and beyond to accommodate a special scheduling need, and even agreed to help on repairing of some fascia that had been dislodged by a windstorm after they had finished with the roof. The workmanship is very good, the work crew was personable, fast and did a great job of cleaning up after the job. We are very happy with our new roof and can highly recommend them from our experience.
Everything about this process was made clear and was accurate in the estimate. Jesse, Jennifer and Wayde were all great to work with. The crew that did the tear off an installation was very well coordinated and everything occurred just as quickly as they said it would. I'm also very happy with the gutter installation and leaf protection. I would highly recommend this company. I can only say that if I had another roof I needed to install I would call them again.
We just had our old roof replaced in North Manchester and we are very happy with our new roof. Smith Roofing & Remodeling rates are definitely competitive in our area and we were pleasantly impressed with everyone from the initial estimate through the completion of the job. In our case, they were able to do the entire job in one day. That included the removal of the old roof, the replacement of some of the old vents, installing new flashing around existing points (vents and chimney) AND the entire cleanup. We definitely recommend calling Smith Roofing & Remodeling!
