Sandra or Sandy is the most dishonest land lady you can rent from. They give 10 day notices to get out if you are late on a rent payment. The guy that takes care of there light poles also had alot of negatives to say about her. I would recomend you rent or buy a mobile home else where. I wish the actual owner would talk to his tenants but not the case for this park. This lady needs discharged an she always has a nasty attitude, but never to your face.!!
