Was put on there list for winterizing camper and suppose to de winterize! On the 3 rd call after 2 people told me they will talk to randy and call me be back and on the 3rd call was horribly rude saying they do it for the elders which my is and on disability and Jellystone is the only thing she has to look forward to... HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Do not recommend tonAnyone any will be talking to jellystone about there horrible service for a disabled lady if there customer service for winterizing lines and being on there list is this bad sure glad we didn't get a park model there very rude will be looking for a better company for my disabled mother to work with
Friendly staff. Allowed us to take our time and tour the units.
Very friendly and knowledgable. They were not pushy at all, they gave us the freedom to explore on our own. They took us in to the back shop area to show us one more that was being prepared to be sent to Florida and it was exactly what we were looking for. They answered all of our questions, they took the time to listen to all of our questions and answer them with knowledgeable answers. Recommended to any one in the market, do not pass this place by.
Nice to see small homes without pressure.
I purchased a used 2018 camper from here. It's not something they usually carry, but they did a lot of make-ready work on it and showed me how to use it. Being a first-time RV'er, that was really helpful. They gave me a new propane hose when the old one broke so I didn't have to go through the manufacturer - who is taking forever to come and put on a door hinge. It probably helped that I'm a local for getting after deal service from them. I found Randy to be a fair-dealing straight-forward guy.
