Great customer service. Room was 109 but so glad i came here. Very clean and very nice. Its got the old school feel but with all new and modern everything. Bathroom was amazing
Loved this hotel! The decor was awesome, the room was very clean, it even smelled great (it smelled like wood)!!! The service was great, too. Thanks so much for your hospitality, Michelle, even at a time when you said you weren't having a great day!!!! I forgot to let mgmt know the shower gel pump isn't working very well, though. Plush bedding...we slept great!!!
Very nice building, very clean and well appointed. Comfortable room, hot shower, good water pressure, clean softend water. My only complaint is that the cleaning lady woke me up at 9am. Then, once each hour on the hour after that until I checked out at 11am. Complete with a lecture at 11am about checking out on time and letting the staff know when I plan to check out. The listed check out time... 11am ud83eudd26♂ufe0f.
Very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent customer service. The rooms are top quality, and any inquiries made were immediately responded to. Definitely will stay here again. Thanks for the home away from home.
Very clean! Furniture and decorations were clean and up to date. I liked that the showers had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash attached to the wall.
