After purchasing a brand new trailer(from what we thought were the owners of the park) we've never been more disappointed and upset. We were told one thing and got something else. The place was sold and any promises that we were made,are apparently invalid. We got sucked in,by a good saleswoman(bravo) and lessons were learned. The new owners are ok but there are issues. On a side note,if anyone reads this and still wants to buy a trailer here,hit me up.

Great place to live. Awesome environment. Wonderful owners. They are willing to help out when needed.

We've been sold twice since living here. We bought ours few yrs ago. Quite now was something's that In the past questionable. But where isn't in Kokomo
