Americas Best Value Inn Salem

They give you a two bed room with the TV sitting on a cabinet that has two small drawers with a little cupboard but they call it a suite to me it's not a suite it's just a room with two beds and a TV in bathroom and the sink is in the sleeping area they don't have a refrigerator to me that's not a suite. They have no way of hanging up clothes because there is no rod in the closet to hang clothes on. The bathtub looked terrible

I really enjoyed my stay. Very budget friendly. The front desk area was empty due to remodel, but it was clean. My room was nice for $50. TV, fridge, microwave. Happy customer!

Very horrible fly in to portlan or drive for an hour to be told my room was given to someone else even tho i reserved it a month ago then im told no worries we will fix this by the stoned front desk clerk my reservation was set to check in at 2am october 19th and check out sunday at 11am october 20thnI made this special check in time request for saturday and recieved email confirmation that they had no issues with that at all . so the clerk gives us a room which isnt clean and is not what i reserved we place our stuff in the room and leave to enjoy our short stay only to be called a few hours later and be told we have to check out and that check out was at 11 am it being october 19th saturday and my reservation being till sunday the 20th at 11am i corrected them only to be laughed at and told i am wrong an that she will not call her manager or anyone else and for me to leave refusing to refund me or even look at all my email confirmations and requests receipts and emails all show clearly i paid and reserved to stay from 2am Saturday October 19th till sunday 11am October 20thnI will never return to this place i dont know what i was thinking giving then a second chance to prove they fixed my previous issues but no they still are rude dirty and enter your room and go threw your bags
