New management who continuously seem to strive to make this park a better place to live at. Very pleasant people live here.

Very nice people work there.

Property management thinks they can do nothing wrong. Think they are better than others and they are finding out differently.

This is a rat infested eyesore to salem. It needs to be demolished or nepalmed either way works.

Nice park. To bad the manager of the park is terrible. When you want to maybe sell your trailer after living there for awhile the manager wants you to go thru the parks realtor so she or the park gets a cut from the sale of YOUR TRAILER.nnI really don't think this is legal. All I'm saying you better keep your eye on this manager. She will try to get away with a lot of things that are not right!!!!!!
