DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Salem, Oregon

Day and evening staff (up until 11pm) were always pleasant, room had a comfortable layout, clean, and no bad odors throughout the building. The location (right off a main road) was not ideal, but we had no issues and they were more than accommodating with us adding an additional to our stay for the same rate. Three stars is only because of the location, but we would give them a 3.5 if it would allow.nnWarner-Jones Familyn(MT)

Rooms are large but basic. They are updated in a cheap way. Carpet in our room squeaked and floor was uneven. Furniture is definitely cheap as the desk chair was starting to break and the couch was very well used. They also nickel and dime you for parking, charging $7/day for the pleasure of self-parking in their suburban lot. The assumption for a hotel this far from a city center is free parking, but this DoubleTree will tack on the fees after you've reserved to make their base rate look cheaper. This hotel is fine but I certainly wouldn't recommend.

Nice place as expected from Hilton

The rooms are big, they have an elevator so you can reach your floor without having to use stairs, the bathroom is big and very nice, they have a iron and ironing board in the closet with hangers with plenty of room in the to hang your clothes, there is a television and small refrigerator, there are two drawers a small couch little shelf to put things on a little cabinet you can use for a nightstand or to put a the laptop or tablet on, and two beds. I highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel it is very nice ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Room was very nice. I understood that breakfast would be limited due to COVID-19. But their bagged breakfast for $6 was disappointing at best. A couple of plastic-wrapped sweet foods and a moldy clementine. No protein. Apple juice.
