Super 8 by Wyndham Salem

Great rates , decent staff, rooms ain't bad either. And when covid19 ain't got everything shut down the breakfast, pool and hot tub make it ud83dudcaf better. My husband and I stay here a couple times a month just to get some alone time I'm thankful for their rewards program I have earned free night quickly without even knowing.

The staff is always very helpful, polite and professional. The hotel is always very clean and inviting.

Overall this is an average Super 8. Room was clean but lacked a microwave and expanded TV options, Desk chair looked like it was acquired from a dumpster. Aside from that, bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and clean linens. Area had a lot of homeless camps dispite a heavy law enforcement presence. Hotel itself had some rude guests blasting loud music in their rooms or cars. No additional ammenities like pool or breakfast due to COVID. Staff was helpful and friendly. Basically, an average Super 8 with a mix of good and bad,

Most un-family place I've ever stayed. Staff were rude to my family and myself. Talked down to us as though we were criminals. Then in the end charged me additional monies on my credit card. Avoid this motel until their staff has changed. It was horrible.

We needed a place to stay on short notice for cheap and this hotel is just what we needed for the three of us. It was clean and simple. Staff was helpful and nice as well. Will stay again. Thanks for the good stay.
