Phoenix Inn Suites Salem

The rooms were clean and nice. Not high-end but good quality. Allowed me to stay with my dog. The staff was incredibly friendly

We were evacuated from our home due to the Santiam wildfires. The staff and management went above and beyond to make us feel like we were home. We didn't know from day to day when we would be allowed back home, they made it so easy for us allowing us to extend our stay day by day. A huge thank you to this amazing hotel.

My company paid for a three-night stay while I was there training. Staff was extremely helpful with everything. Especially the night staff! Day staff's okay but the night staff rocks!!!!! It looks old and run down from the outside but inside it's nice and clean even during the covid-19 pandemic.nErica Bristol

At this establishment not one but both of the female employees were very rude, very discriminating against myself and the other parties with me because of my attire and being stereotypical of us because we were on bikes with a backpack. Now I bet if I were to come back and pull up in an expensive vehicle and a three piece suit i feel that the customer service from the employees would be completely the opposite. Needless to say we were refused a room there!

It was nice clean and quiet. The staff was criendly and super helpful my sister locked her keys in her car with my nephew in it and a few staff memebers came out with tools to try and help. We ended up getting the keys and the baby out in a matter of mintues. Great place
