Staff was incredibly friendly absolutely love them. However for the price of the room versus the accommodations was not worth it. Some accommodations amenities were taken due to COVID-19. STAFFORD TRULY MADE UP FOR JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING ELSE

I work with SCC annually and wouldn't go anywhere else!nTheresa, Nikki, and their team are professional, insightful, proactive, and experts at what they do! From set up to clean up, they thoughtfully cover all of our needs. The food is delicious, the venues are beautiful, and the service is fantastic! I really appreciate the entire staff: they work hard to make sure their events are top-notch.

The service here is fantastic. Shout-out to the AV team who worked hard to make sure my tech worked for my keynote address and special thanks to Yeo who is on the catering team and went above and beyond to make sure that there was a hot lunch waiting for me after my speech. This gal deserves a promotion!

Large 300 person corporate event February 2020. The venue was the perfect choice. The staff attentive, sharp on detail, plated food service was delicious. Partnership they have with Allied video topped off the most professional event in Salem. Thank you!

Was served food while my partner was in the washroom and had to wait over 20 minutes for her food to arrive. My food was cold. Not a good experience when attending an exciting event!
