Knights Inn Salem

If I could leave this hotel zero stars I would. I don't typically leave reviews like this, but the person at the front desk of the hotel was INCREDIBLY rude to the client I had booked in this hotel.nnThe front desk person messed up the dates of my client's stay and then tried to kick her out before her booking was done. She was downright hostile to my client AND to me when I called to inquire about the situation. She refused to apologize, flatly refused to consider offering us a refund, and then browbeat my client in front of me on the phone, insisting she hadn't been rude to my client. DO NOT STAY HERE. This was a nightmarish experience. I moved my client out of the hotel and took the room as a loss.

Rooms are clean and well stocked i woulda gave it a 5 but the bathrooms were pretty small same goes for the shower

This place could be nicer but the managers are not very polite. Most of the time there not checking the rooms to make sure stuff works. Check the heat and AC 75% of the time they don't work. No towels in my room either.

It was the worst motel i have ever staded at broken screens on windows , lights in bathroom didnt work , fan in bathroom was falling down and was black all over the celing , room was not clean , so much more wrong ..my advise do NOT ! Pay $181 for this room its NOT WORTH IT .fights in parking lot all night long ,hearter broken and you have to argue to get the 60 dollars back for your deposite.

The place is very dirty and when i was 15 min late getting out they threatened me With calling the police THIS was very un necessary ! If i would have been refusing to leave thats ONE things OR refusing to event pay is another things BUT simply getting a late start With My grandchildren was un calles For i would NOT recommend THIS place and even if they would not HAVE done WHAT they did the placer was very dirty and the blankets i believe were not washed .
