Due to hail damage, our condo complex needed the roofs of 4 large buildings including 5 skylights replaced. A friend recommended Grand Roofing. We contacted the company by phone and were impressed by Brian’s immediate and courteous reply. Brian remained accessible and kept us informed about materials and progress throughout the process. The crew was fast, courteous, and cleaned the property as parts of the ten-day job were completed. Brian made a final inspection of the work and the cleanup. We were impressed by his work ethic and his attention to details. We highly recommend Grand Roofing.
Grand Roofing is awesome. Fast quality service. It's hard to find contractors that are punctual and provide good quality service at a fair price. Brian is awesome. He came right away, worked fast, and he even corrected additional problems that we didn't even know we had until he was on the roof.

After requesting quotes from multiple companies, we chose Grand Roofing to replace our existing roof. Besides new shingles, the project included replacement of deck planking on the original structure and sheeting on the newer addition, replacement of box vents with new ridge venting. And sealing around a brick chimney with flashing and counter flashing.nnThe quote was detailed and thorough. Included a mapping of the roof area and calculations.nnThe crew was professional and experienced. Project was completed in one day, although a rogue thunderstorm midday resulted in a 1 1/2 hour delay. They protected the exposed areas with heavy grade blue tarp during the storm. Clean up was ongoing and there were no issues with used roofing nails or debris following completion of the job.nnIt was a pleasure dealing with Brian and I would not hesitate to use Grand Roofing again. Have already recommended them to inquiring neighbors.
