Very clean, offered 'Grab& Go' breakfast. Bar and little restaurant in the lobby looked nice but too tired to try it. Beds were comfy and I LOVE having a balcony. Only thing was as we were leaving the next morning, we noticed only ones wearing masks were us, the guests. . .not the staff as well.
Nice hotel, clean....but Courtyard has a problem with key cards deactivating every one day or two. I had the same problem with the Courtyard in Muncie. Stayed a month and had to renew my key card 9 times.
Well kept and beds are comfortable. Everyone iet that works here was really nice and polite. Will be back if through this way again.
Friendly staff. Warm, clean room. Comfy bed. Comfy pillows. Steeply over priced sodas. Cold indoor pool. Short shower head. Blah breakfast.nIf looking for a place to stay the night in Kokomo, I'd stay here again as long as I wasn't looking for a place with a pool for the little one. Unfortunately, that was the largest factor in deciding to spend the night in a hotel this time.
The staff is very friendly, nice rooms, great atmosphere! Nice get away for my wife and I!
