This place gets it. Fast check in. When I'm showing up at 1am, the last thing I want to do is spend 10 minutes watching someone tap on a keyboard. Today I got in my room in less than 5 minutes from arrival. Thats how it should be. Complimentary water and Swedish fish. Clean room, everything was nice and a FULL breakfast. What more could you ask for. This was a great experience. Other hotels in town... take notes
Very nice up to date hotel. Clean with friendly staff willing to help. Comfortable beds and roomy bathrooms. A very nice place to stay.
Very clean and the front desk employees were so nice
The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The Hotel was constantly being cleaned and sanitized and I felt very safe staying there during this Covid crisis. Everything I needed was taken care of by all of the staff!
Called prior to arriving asking if they had a room available and how much it would be. Explained to the lady that I would be in town around 2:30am. I was informed that the room for one night would be $136.85 with a $5.00 incidental charge that I would receive back after checking out. When I arrived Saturday around 2:30am to check in I was told by the gentleman working that it would be $265.00 and that after checking out I would receive$25.00 back. I explained everything to him and was told that I was paying for two nights because I arrived before 4:00 pm. Will NOT be staying at this hotel chain again. Still waiting to see if I'll receive the $25.00 back.
