We lived here for a little over 2 years and never had any issues. Nice quiet area. No trouble with neighbors. They do a complete background check on all applicants and if it shows any discrepancies, they do not allow you in the park.
I lived there for over a year it was horrible. They never fixed anything! Mold in all rooms, roof about to collapse. Full of sex offenders
Dirtiest trailer park I've ever encountered
I was shocked reading the review below.nnI was personally treated very kindly by the staff today. I was shown a few places and I'm still waiting on my application to be processed.nnAfter further review, the negative Nancy has a history of leaving Negative comments everywhere she goes.
