It's a nice place but some trailers are in bad shape.
Poor management. They raise your rent without notifying ahead of time. There are potholes as big as our cars and as deep as like 6 inches been there years and they won't do anything to fix them. They only lie to us and state every year it is getting done.
This place is a complete dump. The streets are so filled with potholes, they're almost impossible to drive on. The place is completely run down. It seems like all their energy goes into putting giant violation stickers on cars that are parked on the street, instead of actually tackling important issues. Those potholes have been there for years, but a car parked in the street for literally 5 minutes gets tagged for towing. Their priorities are all wrong. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
