2 rooms in the hallway are so loud they woke me up at 2:57 am it is now 4:58 am, the yelling and partying is still going on, I went to the front desk at 3:30 am and he made it clear he was not going to do anything about it.nIt’s a nonsmoking motel but the smoke has made its way into my room now. I feel like I’m in the twilight zone. Oh great now they are singing.nThe light switch does not work,nspot of poop in the bottom of the toilet when I first came in,nabout 10 channels on the t.v most are spots.nNever again!
Staff was very friendly and room was Nice and clean.
If I could give it less than one I would. THERE ARE ROACHES HERE. We caught the one outside of our room in a coffee cup. The desk lady, heather, agreed that’s what it was. The general manager, Katie, wouldn’t refund us to go stay elsewhere. Said she’d give us 10% off (which was 12.50) off ONE of the two nights we paid. Later that day we walked out and saw ANOTHER roach by the exit. They will not do anything to fix the issue other than “offer for you to leave without a refund”. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. We HAD to because we had absolutely no money to go elsewhere since they wouldn’t refund money for the two nights and had to flip mattresses to make sure there we no other form of bugs in the vicinity.
Worst Staff Loud above room don’t stay there!
Place was a cramp hole. The toilet was Jerry rigged to work. Room was run downed.Poor service. Would not return.
