The staff was kind. Rooms not 100% clean. Spider webs in our room above bed in can lights. No room service as far as cleaning. I arrived on a Thursday. No one ever mentioned any changes. Saturday called front desk to ask why no one had cleaned our room? Taken our garbage? Provided fresh towels? Due to covid they stopped all services. No continental breakfast was provided. All which are shown when you book a room. Never was I explained that this was all not going to be provided. Ice machines in bldg don't work. I was told I would have to go to the building next door for laundry detergent. Elevator certificate is past due from 2018! I'd never stay again not for the money I paid. I checked out yesterday im still waiting on my receipt. Thought that happens immediately.

The front desk people were fantastic. I dont remember all of their names but I believe Josh and amanda were two of the four that I met. All four of the ones I met were great. I left in the mornings before breakfast was opened but they had breakfast to go bags on the counter for free. I have never seen another hotel this thoughtful...the housekeepers were very nice and did a great job....I will return to this hotel.

Bad experience with this hotel.nManagement is rude and inconsiderate .nWe reserved a suite with jacuzzi for Valentine’s Day and got an email the same day morning from their manager, Brent Pope that suite is under renovation!? Like he did not know it a week before? I did called a week ahead to make sure that the suite has a jacuzzi , it was an important amenity for us.nBrent Pope just informed us that they moved us to another hotel in different location.nWe reserved restaurant and hotel to have a nice Valentine’s Day but it was ruined for us.nI would not recommend this hotel to anybody

The hotel was clean, the pool was nice, the staff were friendly. HOWEVER, when I went to check out on Sunday morning, I was told that my card didn't go through for my stay the night before. I informed the woman at the desk that I had booked through my AA website and paid through there, showed her the charge on my account already. And told her I thought it was weird, because I had no issues at check in the night before. She said it was probably the card I had used for incidentals. Again, I thought it was weird, but my son had a game that we needed to get to, so I gave her the card again. Imagine my reaction Monday morning when I see two pending charging from the Fairfield Inn and Suites....one for $20 and another for $112.47. Of course that's in addition to the charges I paid when booking the room initially through the American Airlines hotel partners website. WHAT?!?!?!nnI couldn't contest the charge with my credit card until it went through, which was this morning. My CC company instructed me to call Fairfield first. I called the Fairfield to complain, I was greeted by a very pleasant woman who gave me a contact number for the GM. I called the number, but he's not available. Displeased doesn't begin to express my feelings right now.

The staff is top notch, every single person was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Missy and Kayla at the front desk and Nicholas (manager) went above and beyond to try and help with a booking issue with the baseball tournament. Breakfast was excellent and the entire hotel was incredibly clean. Only negative: king executive suite was very small with lots of wasted space.
