Past midnight, I entered the lobby looking for somewhere to lay my head. My apartment complex had turned off my power by mistake. I was in a rather grumpy mood but Joe quickly lifted my spirits. I admire Joe for his kindness, consideration and warmth when checking me in. He listened to me when I felt no one understood me. Joe was fantastic in quickly booking me a room and accommodating my request. The room was clean. The ice machine on the 2nd floor didn’t work but I didn’t mind. Joe was incredible in all aspects of hospitality. He did everything to help me and make me feel welcomed. He even provided me with a bag to gather the few belongings I could muster in a dark apartment. I highly suggest this hotel to anyone. You will receive the best service when Joe is around. Comfy bed and great TV selections.
Room is great! Hotel is very up to date, clean, accessible and tons of conveniences. It has food and a bar here if you don't want to travel out, but there is NO shortage of shopping or food. I'll add more pics and a final review after a week here.
This hotel staff, specifically Josh went out of his way to be helpful. Printing and delivering documents I needed to my room without being asked. Awesome!
This place was great. The beds were comfy and inviting and very clean. The staff was wonderful and always had a kind word for us. The pool is good but it does close at 10pm. I would stay here again. I have stayed here before too.A nice place to stay but no complimentary breakfast.
