Glad to see Embassy is going away from the courtyard style for the layout. With that being said, the design was well appointed and everything seemed brand new. Only miss was my room took several minutes to make hot water in the shower. I literally turned on iron, ironed my outfit for the day and came back the water going to just started to get hot.
We have been staying here for a month now... Yes a WHOLE month. They are courteous, and know us by name! The food they serve in the evening is actually really good and the menu changes so if you stay as long as we have you won't get burnt out on the options!
Overall staff was great. Checking in and out was seamless and swift. The rooms are nice and cozy, and we had one small issue that was addressed immediately and taken care of which we greatly appreciated.nnThe only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the breakfast was pretty lackluster. I didn't expect it to be the best I ever had, but it was unappetizing and tasteless. Not trying to be rude, just honest. Don't let that deter you from this wonderful facility.
Very clean and well maintained hotel. Great for a short or extended stay. They even have a large convention center attached to the hotel.
My hotel of choice when in the area. I've stayed here 20+ times and each has been consistent. The pandemic has greatly reduced the services they provide so don't expect the normal embassy suites experience. Hopefully it can get closer to the way it use to be as it's pretty far off at the moment.
