Just bought 2 Gazelle e-bikes here. David was wonderful to work with both before and after the purchase. Once bikes arrived, he spent much time making sure we understood how to use all the bike's features and that everything was properly adjusted for best fit. Awesome shop! Right on the.Monon and they got my bikes fixed up quickly at a fair price. Right next to a brewery and restaurant - great places to wait. Yes! They repair some things that quickly.

My boyfriend got a flat on the Monon, so we walked to Union Brewing just to grab a beer while we figured out what to do. Julian noticed the bike there and he opened the shop back up just to fix our flat tire (they had already closed for the day). It was so kind of him! They have amazing customer service and same-day bike service. Definitely check them out!

Stopped in today and spoke with owner about his product line and offerings. Super nice guy and customer friendly. Said they not only sell the pedal assist bikes, but also repair most any other brand bike. I will be back!!

Such a nice and thorough team! I took a 1970’s bike in for a tune up and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was safe and ready to ride. It was all done in less than an hour too— will use this team for any future bike needs!
