They did excellent work at very competive pricing. They were very friendly and accommodating. Cleaned up each day.
My roof needed replaced after hail damage. Rain Drain was recommended to me. Dave Bennet the salesman did a fantastic job of explaining everything that would be happening. The job site manager also did very well. He and his crew, including cleanup were here and gone in less than 7 hours. Even when I called in to ask questions, the office personnel were very helpful and reacted quickly. Thanks Rain Drain.
Supper disappointed in this company. Project was to replace a small section of gutters (about 16 feet). The section had two corners. The attached photos are of one of the corners after they originally finished the work. Additionally the corner leaked.nnCompany did correct this, but for the prices they charge, the original installers should have never found this work acceptable. Metal was clearly cut with tin snips and excess adhesive is protruding out of the seam. This is not quality craftsmanship.nnTeam did a poor job communicating how the issue would be resolved and providing a schedule for resolution.nnAlso my wood siding will need to have the paint touched up, they scratched the hell out of the siding. I know this, because the fascia were painted prior to the gutters being installed. You can see this in the photos.
I had (1) roof (shingles)replaced (2) seamlesss guttering installed and (3) 21 windows replaced on our home. The level of courtesy, professional skills, timeliness, quality that I had experienced with all the crews was nothing short of EXEMPLAR! I would most sincerely recommend this company for any improvement to your homes.
