We are so happy and thankful for the great job which Expert Waterproofing did on our basement! The crew, lead by a very capable and kind man named Jesus, arrived each day with his crew and worked diligently to complete the big task of installing an interior drainage system to our duck space/basement. It is now working wonderfully well! We cannot thank Expert Waterproofing enough for taking care of our waterproofing needs. We are so thankful for them!

We had a potential first-time homebuyer NIGHTMARE come to life! Our basement was seeping water and the carpet in one of the rooms came up, and vinyl flooring buckled. We have only lived in our home for 2 weeks (still in boxes), and were quoted by Everdry for a $23,000 repair to install their interior and exterior drain systems. We were in disbelief, and we even called the home inspector and our realtor questioning how this could be happening. We called Expert and they listened and had someone come out to us the same day (Shane). We had saw the awful reviews and aggressive sales tactic used by Everdry and needed a second opinion ASAP! Shane knew what the issue was after inspecting the interior damage after only 10 minutes in our home! We have a bad landscaping issue, NOT a $23,000 repair issue! He even tested his theory by running the hose water directly into the suspected area of the leak! WE ARE AO RELIEVED! We much rather have to payout for landscaping work then finance $23,000 for unnecessary and evasive work! We are so thankful and we can’t really describe how nice it was to deal with an honest and upfront business! THANK YOU SHANE AND EXPERT!!!

You cannot be wrong choosing Expert as a company that will exceed your expectations! Great workers! My basement was a mess but now I can start enjoying it! When time will come to do my roof I know that Expert will be my choice to get the job done!

I had damage to my roof during a massive wind storm early last year. I ended up contacting Expert Roofing and Basement Waterproofing due to their incredible reviews online. I am happy to announce that I was not disappointed! They were quick, taking less than two days for the full job, and were willing to work with me through any difficulties and misunderstandings. They were an absolute joy to work with, and I know that if I have troubles in the future with my roof, or basement for that matter, that I will be contacting them again. They have the highest of my recommendations!

Expert replaced our roof and gutters in the Fall, and they did an excellent job. They made sure that all things were tidy, repaired, and put in good working order. When the new gutters were put up, we noted a concern with the installation, and it was quickly addressed and modified, no hassle. More costly overall, but the quality of the roofing and gutter work are truly excellent. Do it right the first time, and enjoy the long term benefits. Expert has left our house looking and functioning beautifully, and given us peace of mind for the years to come. Highly recommended.
