Roof Pros was the first roofing company we called when a 20+ year old skylight started leaking. We were going to try to get several estimates until we talked with Leo at Roof Pros. He came over promptly (the same day) to give us an estimate and tarped our roof on the spot because we were getting rain again that night. We were so impressed with Leo and the reviews from others who had used Roof Pros that we hired him on the spot. He was personable, professional and gave us a truthful opinion on the state of our roof. He offered us options and was never pushy. Their prices are very competitive and they did a wonderful job. They replaced 2 skylights, some boards, tore off the old shingles and replaced that old, crispy roof with beautiful new decorator shingles for less than I thought we would have to pay. Leo has a great crew, who work very hard and were very polite and respectful. They showed up on time and stayed with the job until it was done. I wouldn't hesitate a second to use them again...but the work that they did on our roof was done so beautifully, that I'm sure we won't need them again for many years. These are good, honest people who take pride in a job well done, and that seems rare now days. They go over and above. Thank you Leo, Karina and Crew!!!!
I cannot say enough great things about this company. Karina is a true sweetheart and kept me informed of each phase of the job.nI had a complete tear off and replace of shingles, new gutter installation with gutter guards. Leo was very informative and helpful about their products with suggestions and complete honesty.nTheir price for the top grade shingle was less than another quote of much lower quality. They also replaced a missing piece of fascia!!nThe crew was extremely courteous and worked late hours to get done before I left for a planned vacation.nThe cleanup was amazing. Following a leak during last winter's storms, Roof Pros made a full inspection and repair of our roof. We then had them quote full roof replacement. We were extremely impressed with Leo's knowledge and the detailed information he gave us when he outlined the project. Our house was built circa 1870, and Leo understood the construction factors that affect a roof of this age. The crew was extremely professional, and the cleanup was above par. They completed the job in 2.5 days. The office staff was extremely responsive to our questions, and during scheduling. We highly recommend Roof Pros.
Leo and his staff did a great job with our facia and gutters. We are extremely happy with the finished product. They were fairly priced and worked long hours to get the job done quickly. We will use them in the future for roofing needs!
Hired Roof Pros to replace the roof on our new (90 year old) house and boat house. Initially intended to replace the skylights too as we thought they were defective. Crew arrived on time, set up efficiently, and immediately set about stripping the shingles. During the project we were told that the skylights did not need to be replaced, shaving a large sum off the bill. The crew also discovered that an addition of twenty years ago when the roof was last done had not been done correctly, with large gaps in the subroof! They repaired them beautifully.nnWhat impressed me most is the level of communication, from the day Leo inspected the roof, the detail in the prompt quote, the scheduling of our project in a time that fit with our schedule, the confirmation three days ahead that the time was still good for us, but especially, the detailed pictures of the issues they uncovered on the roof that we would have never known about!nnLeo and his crew are incredibly honest and hardworking. They finished our complicated project in two and a half days. The workmanship is excellent. They cleaned up as though they were never there. I definitely recommend this company.
