Yaquina Bay Hotel

Only place to live in this town, without having a ton of money. I keep to myself and everything is fine. The manager is very kind and helpful.

Very clean and nicely furnished room, Sean, the Manager and his crew are very attentive and helpful, selecting room for me with easy access and helping me move my luggage. As previously mentioned, hotel is undergoing major modernization so lots of ongoing construction but staff is on hand to help clients work around it. I stayed for two nights on business trip, room worked out very well, sure beat commuting from Newport, and rate was lower than Newport motels. Looking forward to staying at Toledo hotel again if I get to return to my job at museum one block from hotel.nRick from Eugene, OR.nnMy room on third floor faced out onto Main Street so there was some noise during night*, particularly if you open windows, and the heater unit had a hum to it but could be readily shut off which silenced it.nn*The train woke me up when it arrived around 0300 but that was fine as I was on business for the Railroad Museum and wanted to know about current commercial railroad operations.

Comfortable, Cute room, helpful staff, great price. Walking distance to all the best shops.
