We loved the service. Don't remember the name of the gal who helped us, but she answered every question we had, talked us through different bike options for what we were looking for. She was great!!! I love the bike, two rides in. It's a smooth ride for how affordable the bike was.

I went to Kirk’s Bike Shop to decide whether or not to buy a new bike, or keep my older, but new bike, from another non-bike store. The assistance from Dave made it an easy decision for me to make. I bought a Trek Verse 2 and love it immensely! What a huge difference in the quality and comfort the Trek Verse 2 offers when compared to other bikes. I just began riding again, and the first day out I rode 6.4 miles. I didn’t want to quit riding, it’s that great of a bike! Well worth it!! Thank you Dave!
